Getting started with Avilab is simple. Submit your case along with the necessary impressions, prescriptions, or digital files, and our team will guide you through the process. Whether you use a traditional or digital workflow, we make case submission convenient, organized, and efficient.

Send File
Complete one of our traditional paper lab slips, or Send-A-Case digitally through our Client Portal. Click here to request more lab slips or to print them yourself.

Approval
Gather all order components together, await pick-up, and hand them to Avilab employee upon arrival.

Delivery
